Carlow University invites applications for a Faculty position in the Department of Biology, to begin August, 2017. This is a non-tenure track position of open rank based upon experience. Central responsibilities will include providing instruction in Microbiology (Lecture and Lab) to students in the Nursing Major, as well as other duties as assigned by the Chair of Biology.

Qualified applicants must hold a graduate degree, either PhD or MS and have experience teaching Microbiology at the College level. The successful applicant will also have an opportunity to offer a course in their specialty area as course scheduling permits. Applicants should possess basic experience in using technology applications, specifically learning management systems (LMS). Qualified applicants should have experience working with a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, and University constituents.
