The Technical Manager-- Aseptic is responsible for all the operational and administrative aspects of the Aseptic segment. These functions include but are not limited to the preparation of segment budgets, supervision of consultants, design and leading of complex projects, development and maintenance of quality programs that result in customer satisfaction. The successful incumbent will possess a strong understanding of mathematical modeling, thermobacteriology, electronic control systems, and aseptic system design and experience in validating and filing low-acid aseptic systems with the US FDA.
We are seeking a PhD in Food Microbiology or related field with 3-5 years of food relate aseptic processing experience or a MS in Food Microbiology or related field with 6-8 years of food related aseptic processing experience.
