The Research Assistant will belong to the Chiu laboratory at Harvard Medical School. This individual will work on a project related to pain and neuro-immunology. Our laboratory works at the interface of neuroscience, immunology, and microbiology. The research assistant will carry out experiments in animal models, working closely with postdoctoral fellows and graduate students in the lab. We have an active interest in blocking a specific cytokine to treat pain. The research assistant will also participate in lab management duties and animal colony management.
This is a one-year term position from date of hire, contingent on funding and work performance.

College background and at least 1 year of research experience (relevant research in a university laboratory counts toward experience).
