Position has oversight of General lab, microbiology, blood bank, blood donor center, POCT, BMT, Molecular pathology, and LIS, lab QA/QI,Â but excludes anatomic pathology and cytology. Responsibilities include interfacing routinely with Senior management, Pathology leadership, Nursing leadership, Ambulatory Clinic operations, IT, Patient Services, Process Improvement, Billing and Finance. The position must provide strong leadership, strategic vision and guidance, project leadership, financial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.Â Excellent written and verbal skills required.
