75% Plan and perform experiments, analyze data, assist in writing manuscripts and grants, Help graduate student trainees with research projects, meet weekly with PI to discuss data and future plans.
25% Lab management:: Serve as the expert resource for the lab. Supervise undergraduate students in the lab, providing oversight over their performance in lab organization and maintenance. Additional duties include: managing the mouse colony, ordering reagents for the lab, maintaining organized and updated logs (-80, -20, antibodies, mouse genotypes). Candidate is responsible for maintaining an organized work space and environment, ensuring the lab is up to date with training and following IACUC and IRB protocols
Required Qualifications (must be mentioned on application or resume): Ph.D. in Immunology, 5-6 years of related postdoctoral experience in cellular and molecular immunology including a substantial publication record.
Preferred: Experience in cancer immunology with a particular focus on pancreatic diseases, mouse modeling including surgery, multiparameter (>15 color) flow cytometry, immunoflourscent tissue staining and microscopy analysis, experience cloning and expression of genes in T cells, culturing tumor cells and primary mouse and human T cells
