PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency - Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc

All applicants must apply through PhORCAS and meet the following criteria:

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy (or one in process of pursuing accreditation) or have a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certificate from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) AND Graduate of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program

• Eligible for pharmacist licensure in Wisconsin. Residents are expected to be licensed as a pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin prior to starting the residency program and sit for exams at the first available opportunity.
• Not employed outside the organization during the program.
• US citizen or permanent resident of the US.
• Flexibility to start on a pre-determined date. Ask the program director for the exact date. Adjustments to the start date are not allowed.

Pharmacy Residency programs participate in the Residency Matching Program ("The Match"). After "The Match," employment as a pharmacy resident is contingent upon the applicant satisfying Aurora Health Care's employment eligibility requirements, including:

• Application evaluation by Human Resources
• Pre-employment physical and drug screen (urine analysis), which must be completed at a designated Aurora Health Care location during the first 2 weeks of June.

Residents are full-time employees and eligible to participate in the Aurora Health Care benefit program.
