Research Associate-Fixed Term
Position Summary We seek a full-time research associate to assist with an ongoing training program and related studies regarding the detection of waterborne pathogens. The research associate will work with a team that has been building capacity in Michigan to run digital PCR for SARS-Co-V2 for wastewater surveillance and for microbial source tracking (MST) analyses to improve beach management across the state. The selected candidate should have specific experience with digital PCR, optimization and qPCR development of standard curves, and environmental microbiology.
