Staff Associate III
Dr. Uttiya Basu, in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology, is searching for a Staff Associate III interested in studying the mechanism of DNA and RNA diversity in context of various biological systems (including developing lymphocytes, neuronal cells and germ cells) and diseases. The laboratory is equipped with cutting edge technologies including DNA/RNA high-throughput sequencing technology, single molecule resolution 3D-STORM imaging and most up to date FACS. Responsibilities include performing experiments to study the biochemical properties and biology of a macromolecular complex that processes coding and noncoding RNAs in mammalian cells.
