The Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology at Rutgers University-New Brunswick seeks-part-time Instructors for Spring 2023 to teach various undergraduate courses within the discipline. The Instructor will present course materials during the assigned courses times, hold office hours, help proctor and grade exams, grade assignments, develop homework/exam questions and coordinate any other requirements related to the instruction of the course. Additional duties may include assisting students with laboratory activities and delivering prelab lectures.
Minimum Education and Experience:
BS in microbiology/biochemistry or related field, MS and/or PhD-level work in microbiology/biochemistry or related field. (completed MS/PhD not required). Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated teaching experience and effectiveness.
