The Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University, invites applications for a tenure-track or fixed-term faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. This position is research intensive and is intended for an individual who will develop and maintain a federally-funded, independent research program in the area of bacterial pathogenesis. The successful candidate will have significant protected time to establish their research program and will be expected to participate in teaching medical, dental, and graduate students.
