GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: The Translational Research Imaging Core is a group dedicated to facilitating world class cancer research using cutting-edge tissue staining and quantitative digital image analysis. We are a part of the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center and the newly formed Tumor Cartography Center. We are focused on combining the latest advances in protein and RNA biomarker staining with quantitative digital microscopy analytics to understand cancer biology.
