Medical Technician in Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service at VA Maine in Augusta, ME. Position rotates in Hematology, Coagulation, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and Microbiology and performs Phlebotomy. The incumbent is responsible for a variety of procedures, including complex analysis and infrequently requested tests, evaluating abnormal results in all sections, using and maintaining equipment, and implementing and monitoring Quality Control.
