Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in food science, agriculture, agriculture education, business, finance, economics, marketing, or other programs related to food science.

• Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience in this field.

• One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to provide leadership in curriculum development and academic assessment activities;
• Commitment to departmental participation, vision, and planning;
• Ability to work with a diverse student body including multilingual or multicultural and underserved populations.
