Meat Plant Production Lead
Job Summary: Manages the food safety Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan of the Meat Science & Animal Biologics Discovery (MSABD) USDA-inspected plant, ensures all products meet USDA regulatory requirements and food safety/quality standards, performs necessary microbiological testing of the production spaces and product, enforces food safety practices and plant GMPs, assists in student training, and helps oversee/manage plant operations.
