Job Summary: The University of Wisconsin Biotechnology Center (UWBC) is seeking an ambitious, independent Client Based Researcher I to support the services of the Animal Models Core whose mission is to provide various genome editing technology including CRISPR and assisted reproduction related support to UW investigators. This individual will be responsible for the cryopreservation and rederivation programs. They will oversee the importation and exportation of valuable rodent cryopreserved material as well as be responsible for rederiving off-campus mouse and rat lines for UW labs.
