DescriptionThe Staff Research Associate II (SRA II) position will entail a large amount of animal work, including working with immunocompromised mice and cell line xenograft models of human cancer. Duties include but are not limited to: day-to-day care of animals, inoculating mice with human cancer cell lines, monitoring for tumor growth, oral/IV/IP drug administration, isolation of biological materials (DNA, RNA and protein) from precious animal and human tissues and cell lines, as well as the cataloging and management of the resources using relational computer database.
