Post-doctoral Associate
Minimum Education and Experience: The successful applicant should have a recent PhD degree in a Plant Pathology-related discipline with knowledge in plant biology, horticulture, mycology, and microbiology. Applicants should be fluent in English (both oral and written) and should be able to communicate ideas and results to colleagues. The successful candidate must be capable of working in a team and complete projects without constant supervision. Aside from classical culture-dependent techniques, the position will require experience and expertise in molecular techniques, including but not limited to qPCR or dPCR, primer and probe design, and gene cloning.
