Global Demand Planner (Multiple Positions), Becton Dickinson and Company, Sparks Glencoe, MD. Implement the global demand review process for IDS Microbiology, Molecular, and Point of Care. Leverage tools and processes to analyze and communicate worldwide demand. Coordinate regional reviews and aligning product units and revenue. Consolidate regional data and prepares monthly summaries for the IR process. Assist with data loading and troubleshooting for regional reviews. Create monthly forecast snapshot data and consolidating it for reporting purposes. Prepare instrument reconciliations and forecast change reports for the SIOP process. Participate in quarterly long-term demand planning datafiles for capacity planning meetings with operations. Support IDS SIOP process improvement efforts, developing and implementing process improvements through the Regional Demand Review process.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Salary: $108,150.00 - 164,300.00/yr. Standard company benefits.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept four (4) years of related work experience.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:
Demand and supply planning using SAP SCM system for FDA regulated products;
Leading demand consensus processes at a regional or global level;
Preparing data analytics tools using Power BI utilizing data sets over 150k rows and from diverse systems;
Preparing forecast snapshot data for reporting purposes;
Assisting in developing and implementing of forecast accuracy improvement plans; and
Supporting new product launches, product optimization, and discontinuations.
